Musicy Discontinued Indefinitely

Due to a recent change in the Shoutcast Radio Directory API, the Musicy software development project has been discontinued. Whether this project will be resumed at some point in the future is still up for some debate, but for now, Musicy will no longer be entertaining thousands of people for free.

Musicy was a lot of fun while it lasted, and enjoyed over 30,000 downloads. The author sincerely hopes that all who downloaded Musicy found enjoyment in it, and that they may one day enjoy it again.

Musicy 0.7.008.0 Released Today

This version of Musicy continues to provide all of the blazing free internet music features provided in the past, along with a new bug fix.

Previously, duplicate file detection could fail when songs in the library contained apostrophes. Gladly, this bug has been eliminated, making this the best version of Musicy yet!

Musicy 0.7.007.0 Released Today

This version of Musicy is as good as it ever has been, and it also includes new features. Among the new features included in version 0.7.007.0 is a new ability to detect and eliminate duplicate downloads. This saves tons of time that was previously spent weeding through mp3 files looking for duplicates. Very nice!
